Run the file and click Install. Because the app isn't code-signed, Windows may show "Windows protected your PC" once: choose More info, then Run anyway. It also asks once for permission to let your phone reach the app.
Scan
Phone Remote opens with a QR code. Point the iPhone camera at it (phone and PC on the same Wi-Fi). Safari warns once that the connection isn't private: tap Show Details, then visit this website. Bookmark the page and you'll never scan again.
Use it
Trackpad, air mouse and keyboard are tabs at the bottom of the phone screen. On the air mouse tab, tap Enable motion and point the phone at the screen like a TV remote.

- Air mouseUses the phone's gyroscope. Tap to click, hold to drag. Sensitivity and inverted axes in settings.
- KeyboardType live with autocorrect, plus Alt+Tab, volume and media keys, lock the PC, arrow and function keys.
- PrivateEverything stays on your own Wi-Fi. The link holds a random key, so only your phone can control the PC.
